Antonella Fiumara

A member of the Rome Bar Association, Attorney Antonella Fiumara graduated from the University of “La Sapienza.” Over the years, she has specialized in Labor Law through collaborations with leading firms in the field.

Between 2008 and 2013, she served as a consultant for the Ministry of Economic Development as an Expert in the Corporate Crisis Unit, dealing with, among other matters, labor disputes and extraordinary administrations.

Each year, she teaches at the University of Tor Vergata as part of the Master’s program in Forensic Genetics. She speaks fluent English and has an excellent command of legal English, which has enabled her to collaborate with international law firms.

She provides specialized judicial and extrajudicial assistance to employers in various sectors, including Tourism and Hospitality, Trade, Tertiary, and Small Industry Metalworking, to name a few. She also offers assistance to executives, managers, and employees in the private sector. Her expertise covers negotiations, settlements in protected environments, and litigation throughout all procedural stages.

She has been collaborating with the Salata Law Firm since 2023 and is a member of AGI – the Italian Labor Lawyers Association.
