Francesca Fabri

Francesca Fabri is a criminal defense lawyer, registered with the Rome Bar Association since 2006. She graduated in Law from the University of Rome “La Sapienza,” with a thesis in criminal law focusing on crimes against Public Administration, particularly abuse of office.

She completed her legal training at prominent Roman criminal law firms, practicing in courts across Italy from the outset of her career.

Since her first year of qualification, she has been registered on the list of public defenders for criminal and juvenile matters.

In the meantime, she attended specialization courses at the Carlo Jemolo Institute on corporate liability (Legislative Decree 231/2001) and later, a specialization course at the Criminal Bar of Rome for public defenders, successfully obtaining certification.

Over the years, she has provided professional assistance in criminal tax law to major companies in the Rome and Lazio area, focusing on new offenses such as bankruptcy, tax evasion, false invoicing, compensation with non-existent credits, and all matters related to tax, corporate, and personal law. She offers assistance from the first phase of inspections and disputes initiated by the Guardia di Finanza.

She has developed solid expertise in prison law and in the execution phase of sentences.

At the same time, having also honed her skills in family law, she has handled many cases of domestic violence and crimes against individuals, both as a defense attorney for the accused and as a civil party representative.

She is also registered on the legal aid list.
